Majestic was appointed to implement an Enterprise Content Management System to automate the workflows in Dryen’s projects.

Dryen Australia Pty Ltd was founded more than 39 years ago with a desire to specialise in the design, development and supply of textile products. Their experienced team has specialist knowledge of the textile industry with an emphasis on correct market positioning, unique product ranges, creativity and quality of manufacture at every stage of the process. They consistently demonstrate their expertise by creating the best in commercially successful design and product development and offer their customer a true one stop design and product house.

Dryen Australia Pty Ltd needed an Enterprise Content Management Solution for their organisation to store project related documents and build an automated workflow around these documents.

Majestic Computer Technology performed business analysis and documented their business processes. Following thorough examination of the process, we implemented the Enterprise Document Management System along with the documented work flows.

Advanced Precast (Aust) Pty Ltd (established in 1992) has grown to become one of Australia’s market leaders in the field of precast concrete. Today they service Melbourne Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Gold Coast and the surrounding areas and currently employ 160 people across three states comprising construction workers, engineers, detailers and administrative staff.

After implementing the Majestic’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) System for Advanced Precast (Aust) Pty Ltd in 2010, Advanced Precast wanted to take the ECM one step further. They wanted a solution where in they could send PDF drawings to any printer in their network infrastructure (across the nation) using the our Enterprise Content Management System.

Majestic came up with an innovative solution. We implemented a custom document library action for Advanced Precast’s ECM to enable them to do the following:

  • Print documents anywhere in their nationwide network infrastructure.
  • Include optional notifications to the person for whom the print job is intended.
  • Include notifications that also contain the purpose of the print out.
  • Incorporate a powerful search functionality.

Yacht Racing Services Association Saas implementation

Software-as-a-Service Solution

Majestic proposed a fully managed Software-as-a-Service Solution without the need to accommodate a server onsite.

Yacht Racing Services Association (YRSA) is a not for profit association incorporated to provide for the Australian Measurement System (AMS) and Sportsboat Measurement System (SMS) rating systems. The AMS and SMS rating systems have operated under the auspices of the founders of the system for over 17 years.

A need to maintain the company’s growth and to provide continuity for the future required an internal interface for the staff to efficiently manage the vast documents produced by the staff themselves as well as by the customers submitting the online applications (which was also a solution by Majestic Computer Technology). At the same time a provision to avoid managing and maintaining a server to provide for such a system, was desired.

Majestic Computer Technology implemented a completely managed Software as a Service solution with all the required features by YRSA. It is an uncluttered interface with all the power required for a well-organised enterprise content management system. The solution leveraged existing organizational workflows, and provided award-winning business process management capabilities that reduced the company’s decision cycle times and increased productivity.

It provides complete content management and collaboration with audit capability which tracks who did what and when for each record.

AN Computer Services Invoice Processing Implementation

CMS Based Invoice processing

Majestic was appointed to implement an Enterprise Content Management System based invoice processing solution that utilises technology.

AN Computer Services is a second generation family based company based in Richmond, Victoria. They are developers of a Job Management Software called Job Costing and Accounting (JCA) which at its core is a project cost control management system.

They needed an Enterprise Content Management Solution that integrates with JCA and uses OCR technology to process invoices and extract data. They needed the data to be associated with invoice documents based on which automated workflows can be created and automatic notifications can be sent to subcontractors and case managers.

Majestic Computer Technology implemented an Enterprise Document Management System and integrated it with JCA. It uses OCR technology to process scanned invoices and extract relevant data which then can be stored as a metadata for that invoice. This metadata comes in handy to create automated workflows and email notifications.

Select Harvests Intranet Implementation

Enterprise Content Management System

Majestic was appointed to implement an Enterprise Content Management System to present internal documents to employees.

Select Harvests is Australia’s largest vertically integrated nut and health food company with core capabilities across: Horticulture, Orchard Management, Processing, Sales and Marketing. These capabilities enable us to benefit throughout the value chain.

They are one of the world’s largest almond growers and the country’s leading manufacturer, processor and marketer of nut products, health snacks and muesli to the retail and industrial markets, in addition to exporting almonds globally.

They needed an Enterprise Content Management Solution for their organisation to store company policy and procedure documents and present them in an intranet website. They also needed the ECM to be extendable to accommodate other internal documents and build work flows around it.

Majestic implemented the Enterprise Document Management System and integrated it with Drupal. Our software was used to store the documents whereas the Drupal based website was used to present these documents along with other internal posts and information for the employees which wouldn’t have been possible otherwise.

Majestic was appointed to implement an Enterprise Content Management System that can impersonate tendering and estimating stages

Advanced Precast (Aust) Pty Ltd needed an ECM solution that could handle a large volume of documents produced during the tendering and estimating stages of a manufacturing project. They also needed their business process to reflect in the ECM in the form of workflows and email notifications.

Majestic Computer Technology conducted a business analysis and documented the tendering and estimating business processes. Tendering and estimating stage documents were then moved to CMS and the workflows were implemented around these documents.
